4. have attained a minimum of 5 credit passes in their O’ level exams, including Mathematics and English, in a single sitting
5. not hold any other scholarship award.

1. Write an application letter that is no longer than two pages long and includes your name, course of study, year of study, and state of origin.
2. Attach a photocopy of your current identity card to the application letter.

5. Attach two current passport photographs to your application.
